Website design, care & lead follow-up
Stump Hero was receiving quote requests through its website, but customers received no confirmation outside the browser and new lead alerts were too easy for the admin to miss.
What we built
Alchemized designed and built the custom website and continues to manage it. The quote form connects to customer email and SMS confirmations, admin alerts, Google Sheets tracking, and SMS follow-up for missing photos or job details.
Website redesign
TCA’s older website no longer reflected the company’s broader commercial construction services, project experience, team, or geographic reach.

Through a long-running website partnership, Alchemized has built out TCA’s service information, project profiles, company content, and inquiry paths. The latest redesign has shipped a new homepage and updated service sections, with further redesign work continuing.
