Website design, care & lead follow-up

Stump Hero

Practical improvement

The website and follow-up setup created a clearer path from quote request to booked job. By the start of the 2026 season, Stump Hero had already booked more jobs from website inquiries and website-driven calls than it did from the website in all of 2025.

Project details
The problem
Stump Hero was receiving quote requests through its website, but customers received no confirmation outside the browser and new lead alerts were too easy for the admin to miss.
What we built
Alchemized designed and built the custom website and continues to manage it. The quote form connects to customer email and SMS confirmations, admin alerts, Google Sheets tracking, and SMS follow-up for missing photos or job details.

Website redesign

TCA Developments

Practical improvement

Prospective clients can now assess TCA’s services, experience, completed work, and service regions before contacting the team through a clear phone or project-inquiry path.

Project details
The problem
TCA’s older website no longer reflected the company’s broader commercial construction services, project experience, team, or geographic reach.
What we built
Through a long-running website partnership, Alchemized has built out TCA’s service information, project profiles, company content, and inquiry paths. The latest redesign has shipped a new homepage and updated service sections, with further redesign work continuing.

Website redesign & migration

Sprayer Rescue

Practical improvement

Sprayer Rescue now has a site where trade customers can quickly understand their options, find the right path, and call or submit a focused request from any device.

Project details
The problem
Sprayer Rescue’s older website provided basic business information but needed a clearer, mobile-friendly way for Edmonton contractors to understand the services and request help quickly.
What we built
Alchemized rebuilt the website around repairs, rentals, and parts, with responsive layouts, dedicated service pages, click-to-call actions, request forms, process explanations, customer proof, FAQs, and clear location and business-hour information.

Ecommerce website

Victory Sports

Practical improvement

The business gained an owned storefront that brought product discovery, purchasing, subscription information, and community links into one place instead of relying only on Facebook groups.

Project details
The problem
Victory Sports had gained traction through Facebook groups but did not yet have a dedicated website where customers could understand the offer and buy directly.
What we built
Alchemized built a responsive ecommerce website with sports-based product collections, cart and customer-account paths, recurring-box options, live-break and community links, newsletter signup, and the supporting contact and policy pages.

Practical improvement

Project details
The problem
Smokey’s needed to connect its inventory system to the third-party platform that powered its online cannabis inventory.
What we built
Alchemized handled the backend web development and automation needed to integrate the two systems.
